A cutting edge South African Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced Web Developer with formal training as well as practical experience of front end design and development. Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary education
2+ years front end web design and development experience
Experience in front end development using HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
Solid experience in cross-browser compatibility
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Flash
Good knowledge of web marketing trends and campaign components such as writing for the web, newsletters, banners, polling, social media and blogs.
Knowledge with web content management systems preferably WWCM
Familiarity with Jquery a bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and rollout of concepts
Using Photoshop to manipulate photos (filters, masks, layering), deep-etching of photographs and creating pixel perfect source files to be used in cut ups
Translate wireframes and source files unto pixel perfect page layouts
