I am sure i saw an article on MYBB regarding FUP comparisons of ISPs for uncapped accounts.

I quick search revealed nada, does anyone maybe have the link?

Perhaps you did, but FUP's change with many ISPs, so it would be pointless trying to keep up. Most ISP's (MWEB being an exception) would not be willing to give you a solid figure, as there are many other factors that play a role in how much data you might be able to consume in any given month.

Just because MWEB has clarified their thresholds doesn't mean I can recommend them as a viable ISP to the moderate - high usaged ADSL user.

The shaping on our Uncapped accounts differs quite a bit from most other ISPs, as we do not shaped on a specific user threshold or usage limit, but rather our system looks at the total amount of bandwidth we have available on our ADSL network, then if there is an excess of available bandwidth the shaping on Uncapped accounts is relaxed. Furthermore, our shaping on Uncapped accounts will only ever affect P2P and HTTP downloads, real-time services will never be shaped or affected by the shaping that we use. Real-time services include streaming services, gaming VOIP services etc.

So what about realtime P2P streaming. Chances are it will be shaped with P2P. Not so?

If it uses P2P services, it will probably be shaped, yes. I will need to do some testing on my side to see if P2P streaming is usable on our Uncapped accounts with shaping in affect. I'm assuming you are referring to Popcorn Time specifically as an example?

Nope. :) And I'm not referring to anything else that could possibly require a credit card either. But if popcorn time uses P2P for streaming then it could be a good example. I'm referring to live streaming over P2P, where a constant flow of data is mission critical.

I'll definitely need to do some testing on my side to check, I am honestly not sure how our system will handle the P2P streaming, could you perhaps send me a PM with the specific service that you are using? I'll keep it between us. :)

I'd rather not. :D It's not online right now anyway.
