Wanna try this out out downloading 2.5Gb (at slow speed) is a bit much.

Ye, its free till you want some extra features and pay.
Just wanted to check it out before I decide to buy (seen some copies at TopCD).
Especially wanna see what the lag might be like and if its even fun to play.

Found a torrent for this.. now for the long wait for it to complete

Lol anti-climax. That's probably the reason it's become free to play now. I won a closed beta key but never used it because the client was too big to download

lolz, tell me about it...

...simply just doing one arena after another just pvp-ing with some fantasy chars labeled as mmorpg is no mmo, but rather something like quake arena with different models and skills

I played it last night for 5 hours. It looks really good (U3 engine afterall) but there is
nothing else to make me come back. The sanctums are like a big 3D lobby systems and from
there you go into whatever 3D arena to PVP (with bots thrown in). I could just as well be
playing TF2, without the swords, magic and 3rd person view.

the definitely did drop the graphics from the beta to the retail as the retail looks not as good as the beta did...
