Fusi Mokoena is the General Manager for Commercial Legal at MTN. Mokoena is responsible for heading the Commercial Legal Department, determining the legal risk management strategy and general legal risk mitigation, and ensuring excellent service delivery to internal business partners.

Mokoena previously served as Head of Contracts and Relationship Management at Standard Bank, and as Senior Legal Advisor at Standard Bank of South Africa.
