I'm on MTN, and although Software Update from my N8 showed no updates are available, when I connected my phone on my PC, Nokia Suite showed Belle is available, and I did the upgrade.

Its only available through nokia suite curently, not sure when it will be via OTA

as for vodacom, they always slow probably a month or so away at least

Afaik it's not available OTA anywhere in the world.. Nokia Suite only..
