Hi guys, this is off limits! [xx(] In any case, I have also dealt with Adelle today and from a professional point I think she has made a good impression. The rest was bonus.[}:)] It would be true to say that she definitely doesn't sound like one of the Telkom robots who normally tries to prove that you as the customer are completely techno-paraletic. I would have liked to have had my service running but I think Adelle made me feel more in control of my feelings. I liked her re-assurance that Sentech will do anything in their ability to make sure I (we) have a good service. (Nothwithstanding what their contract says.) [;)]
