Fynnland VOD fault

@rain_mobile @rain_networks

You have an issue at this tower again. EARFCN 37900 PCI 446. Huge latency and jitter, terrible speeds.

Why is your infrastructure so unstable?View attachment 1204916
Get onto Fibre as soon as you can.
I signed up with a lower ranking fibre FNO (who are newbies )and an even worse ISP than Rain.
Few teething problems to begin with ,like getting half my line speed at peak times for a few weeks and on average 48 hours response time.
But at least they take the results and work to fix the underlying issues by doing infrastructure upgrades, unlike Rain whose only solution is move the router around and reboot.
Don't miss the days of constant connectivity drops and buffering.
Even when it was bad, it was better than my awful experience with Rain.
I only ever saw this kind of speed on Rain about 2.5 years ago and after that, I was lucky to get 1/10th of the speed.
Rains support response time on this forum is the only thing better than my ISP currently.
I am paying less for my stable connection than Rains 24/7 package. Mine is also month to month with no clawback after 3 months and the fiirst 2 months have been free.
Rain is going to have to learn the hard way that once fibre infiltrates, people are going to drop them due to poor reputation and experience.

Thanks. Unusable again. 1mbps down, 180kbps up.

Thanks. I have been joining group calls yesterday and today and people on the other side cannot hear me due to dropouts. Your poor "LTE" service is affecting my job.
