Why do you say it's a stupid phone? It may not be a top range phone, but it seems absolutely fine otherwise:

According to that link your phone supports mp3 ringtones, so what's the problem? Take a cool mp3 from your pc, any song you like, load it on the phone with the samsung software and voila.
