Gainward 7900Gt, where do they come from?

I bought a 7900Gt from "Person" the dreaded Dot Computers and it has given up on me. Now that idiot has skipped the country and I have no idea how I can follow up on the Warranty. I am pretty sure it has a 3 year warranty but from where?!?! If any one can help me out with this I would be very stoked.

Thanks

Well depending where he got them from you could try the distributors? I'm not sure how that works though.. You might have to be registered with them?

There are only a few major distributors that do Gainward anyway. Give them a call and ask if they used to have Dot Computers as a client, hopefully they'll still handle the warranty.

james, if you do find out please do let me know. I got the same card from person and it did the same thing :(

Came from Axiz Western Cape. Mine is with them at the moment but it is a mission. As it is an end of line product they can not replace it. That is fine by me but they have to credit the account it came from, hence Persons account! My work has a Axiz account so I have managed to get the order transfered to my work account so when they credit the account I will then have to get my work to buy it.

Such a mission but I am glad it happened now, I go over seas in 2 weeks and as it stands it is going to be mighty fine....

@JohnnyQ, Thanks again!!!!!
