HI All

Now that the Galaxy Note 10.1 has actually been release here in SA, does anyone actually know when it will be available via a contract?

Thanks
Ryan

Dont be mad. I totally forgot. I need to pop in @ Eastgate tomorrow and will then go into their BO and check the stock updates and memos.

Hi Ryan

I was at Vodaworld last week and the guys at Samsung showed me the new Galaxy Note 10.1, they said Vodacom is getting stock of it next month.

Something odd.

Dions Wired is advertising already.....

R429 for Galaxy Note 10.1 + 1gig

We will not tolerate this kind of lackadaisical behaviour Mr Ockie, be quick about such matters henceforth :D

Thanks for the help

What do you think of the product? Have been eyeing it since it was released but online reviews were lukewarm at best. What has been your experience thus far?

The way I see it ... wait it out a month or so before committing to any tablet product now. I believe Wndows 8 is going to change the tablet-sphere and a product like the Note 10.1 will look ancient 8 months from now. The screen resolution is already not up to "now" standards for devices in its price range.

Cool - thanks for the advice - yeah if one is going to spending up to 8k on a tablet it best be a *future proofed* one :-), its either i go for this one now and keep my S2 or i get the next Galaxy Nexus

The Nexus 7 tablet is really a good option and you can with that get a good phone as well for what you would pay for the Note 10.1 alone.

I had an Ipad3 which got stolen a short while back. Had to claim a new one through ensurance and decided to go back to Samsung because I had a Galaxy 7.0 before the ipad. So now I got myself the Note 10.1 and I'm actually loving it.

So whoever is thinking of the note 10.1, its really worth it.

Agreed. I am most happy with my Note 10.1. A 7" screen would have been too small for me.
