Galaxy note 3 problem

So yesterday i put my phone on charge and after about 25 min i picked up the phone and was shocked because the phone
was basically flaming hot:wtf: I disconnected it immediately and noticed the white part at the back of the phone looking burnt "Black". Now the phone doesn't come on. I got this phone through FNB smart device contracts and there is 2 months left
1 Will Samsung repair it,i took it to Samsung store in galleria and the lady there said they wont repair under warranty because it negligence on my side so i asked how the fock is it negligence??

Was it original charger and original battery in phone ?
If yes then they must pay.

Go again and speak to someone else or go into a Vodacare

Ok i just phoned Samsung and they said they will check the phone and either repair under warranty or user ADH warranty.

Dude...I've got a galaxy note 3....from fnb...with 3 months left on the contract....if this sh*t happens to me...then there's some sort of glitch in the matrix.
