Hi guys. I have a Galax Note 3 that has developed a problem of random shutdowns. The shutdowns are not software related but rather from any movement like putting it in the pocket or placing it on the table. For the table example, it's not like I throw it and there's a hard landing. Even soft landings will just cause the phone to shutdown. I took it to the Chinese guy who's , through word of mouth, is suppose to be the best repairer at CAPEGATE in Cape Town. When I collected the phone from him, he said the problem was the POWER CHIP. I paid the R900 and happily left. The problem seemed to have disappeared for two days, but came back again. Tried to take it back to the repairer, and nothing came out of it.
Cutting a long story short, the problem still insists to this day.
Do you guys have someone else whom you can recommen?
PS: Usually, the only way to bring it back to life is by banging hard (as in hitting) the side of it against the inside of my wrist. Thereafter I can press the power button and the phone boots.
