So I got hold of the girl who sold me the phone.
She still works at Vodacom. There was SIM Swop Fraud on one of her contracts and accounts was opened on her name.
She is busy sorting everything out. She went to the Police Station to get a Affidavid (Spelling??) She'll be sending that through to Vodacom together with proof of purchase.
