Galaxy note Kies integration

I have the new note, but when I try to connect to Kies, it says the "current device is not yet supported".
Any advice? The Kies installation is the latest that I downloaded.

The out of the box Kies "worked fine" for me.

Worked fine means it's not really a good piece of software, but I guess it has it's place. If you updated it, then uninstalling it will revert to the factory version again.

It took me a while to get it to work. Make sure usb debugging is deactivated. You may need to restart Kies after inserting the phone. The new firmware update is already available so it's worth getting it to work.
