Hey guys. I've got a small issue over here I'm hoping you can help me with.

For some random reason, a few of my apps started force closing yesterday whenever I tried to open them. It seems it mostly affected the third party apps on my phone, and since I hadn't installed that many apps I tried reinstalling the culprits and that seems to have fixed that problem. However, now all of my apps refuse to save any of my information. By that I mean that whenever I go out of the app, I have to login again whereas before it would just login automatically. For example, the mybb app. Whenever I opened the app before I would be listed as "Malfeasant" but now I'm just "Guest" and have to fill in my login details again. Also, when I open Dolphin Browser HD, I am now met with the EULA everytime. Its the same with my Kindle, Facebook and Yahoo apps.

I dunno if I'm missing some obvious setting over here or just being dumb but this is really annoying especially since I've gotten used to it not being this way.
Also, since this is the first time this is happening and because of the previous force close issues, it kinda has me a bit freaked out.

So can anyone please give some insight as to what's going on with my phone?
TIA

Bump.

Guys? No one???
Please guys. Doesn't ANYONE have ANY idea what the problem could be?

Also, the force close issues have returned, so I'm really starting to get worried. I haven't flashed any custom roms or even rooted my phone yet (haven't had a chance). All the apps I've installed are official, well-known ones. Nothing obscure. So I can't think of any reason why these problems should start arising. The oob failure period for the device is over, so if I take it back now, they'll have to send it away for repairs and I'll be left for who knows how long without my phone :-( which I'd very much like to avoid. So please guys, any help here would be much appreciated.

TIA

Go to a Samsung service agent, give them your phone and ask them to reformat and reload the OS while you wait. Then reinstall your apps.

Where would I find one such service agent?
Also, If you think this would help, would it not be possible for me to do it myself? Is "reloading the OS" the same as flashing new firmware on the device?
