Galaxy S5 Low Mic Volume

I was just wondering if there are any other Galaxy S5 owners who suffer from Low mic volume. Callers keep saying that I sound far away or speak soft. I have tried many hand positions whilst talking but have no luck yet.

Maybe try and turn off noice cancellation (I think that's what its called)

I jsut checked, its actually called Noise Reduction.

Still no luck after turning off Noise reduction....apparantly it is caused by the water proof membrane over the mic.....sugestions are to break the membrane with a needle or something similar.
