Galaxy s7 Short code message error

Hey

Whenever I want to send a sms to a shortcode number I get a message failed!

How do you fix this problem on the Galaxy s7?

There was a choice and I chose deny and since then I cant send short code messages.
 
Settings>Applications>Application Manager>Messages> see if you can clear cache, force stop etc then restart phone?
