Galaxy S9+ Price drop?

Hello. When is the S9 Plus's price expected to drop? The best offer it seems is R15.5k at DionWired. Would it drop further now that the Note9 has been released? Or would I have to wait until the S10 is launched for there to be a considerable reduction? Also, what kind of deals can be expected for such a device during the Black Friday sales?
I really don't want to pay more than R12k for it! But I feel that if I'm patient enough it will go down to R10k like the Note8 did.

If you go according to previous ranges you'll be waiting another 12 months to see a significant drop in valuation.

Why do you say that, marioat1?

The Galaxy Note 8 was released in SA on 22 Sept 2017 at a RRP of R18,499. Now, less than a year later, it is available for R9,999.

You will probably only see a price drop once the S10 comes out.
