Galaxy Tab A7 locking apps to not move to SD card

Hi guys

Am counting on the wealth of expertise on this website for the answer to this.
I was about to buy this: https://www.takealot.com/samsung-ga...fi-tablet-black/PLID70838826/featured-content
Then on further investigation of reviews, it seems without a doubt that Samsung has blocked the move of any apps over to the SD card. Apparently going into developer mode etc isn't even working!
Would like to see if anyone knows of this and has worked out a nifty solution.
32 Gb onboard seems a bit slim to me if the system comes out with only 19gb available. Not sure what 19 can do ,especially if you want your kids to use it for a few games...

You found a solution, yet?
 
Unfortunately not - seems like the option is grayed out, and might only be doable by rooting the device, which I don't want to do at this stage. The other day the tablet stopped charging, seems like bad luck at the moment, but could also be an opportunity for me to return it and get a credit, rather go for a 64gig onboard

I see the last update made it possible to move some apps to SD.
