I have not seen this here yet so I'll post the links and whatnot.
It seems it is possible to restore the dialler to your Galaxy tab.
1) Use Go Contacts from Android Market -> https://market.android.com/details?id=com.jbapps.contact&hl=en

I do not have a tab yet, I'm eyeing that one ocleroux posted (the R119-00 one), so if this works just report back here.
I'm going to test this with my bleutooth headset to see if it actually works, would be pretty awesome if it does.
