What's up with GamCo these days? I used to have outstanding service and support from them for Windows Hosting, but these days they're not even responding to support queries anymore! Has anyone here had similar trouble with them during the past couple of weeks?

Not too long ago, I could send a support query and they'll respond within an hour or two. These days, I send a support query, follow-up query, complaint query and then eventually revert to phoning them for support and still they sometimes don't get back to me. I still have support queries from last week that haven't been answered or responded to yet!

/blows off some steam...
 
I find tea calms me down. Coffee gets me going in the morning.

How about moving hosts? Would that be a biggie?
 
I think I might actually move hosts soon. I've got about 5 sites at GamCo that I'm very inclined to move to another host... Circle seemed viable, except they never replied to a query I sent last week. Seems all to familiar... :rolleyes:
 
Hm. Sorry to hear. I've had no hassles with requests, from restored backups to C-NAME additions. Mind you, there are loads of viable hosts around this very forum that would be happy to have your business.
 
I know... I just feel at this point that hosts probably go "Oh look, it's [REAL NAME]! Let's NOT reply to his queries!"... *grumbles*
