GAME latency so high?

I just want to ask a quick question. Why is my latency with a SAIX shapped account 150+ on all the SA servers but when I use a IS shapped account its +-50ms

I thought that I would get a much lower latency with SAIX then IS but I was very wrong. Is this normal. Its actually puzzeling cause SAIX bandwidth is much more expensive so what am I paying exstra for then? I think I should just change to IS permanently!

Just to add cybersmart's latency is a disaster! SAIX is a medium disaster and IS is the best for games on local servers. Can't really see how that works but it is.

I get acceptable ping with a SAIX shaped account. It's more likely an ISP problem for you than a general traffic problem.

I wonder why. coz I didnt think that IS can have a lower latency then SAIX. I mean SAIX is good bandwidth. But its fine Ill just get myself the 1GB fiber IS account with openweb. Now that is very low latency. 150ms ping on servers in the US trust
