Game over for Chrysler

the 300C is sooooooooooooooooooo ugly...the Jeep SRT8 is nice.....how can one not floor it if you have all that power under the hood......It would not be economical if i drove it...I once drove a BMW 330i auto around for a weekend...and my fuel consumption was 33 litres per 100km....LOL....the SRT8 would not work for me....

maybe u forgot to zero the obc. 33 is alot!

wonder who will bailout all the South Africans losing their jobs in dealerships here:eek:
 
So what now? Does Chrysler become a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes Benz? Can we finally be rid of that silly Daimler-Chrysler company name and get to the business of just using Daimler?

Not a chance. It's not hard to get 33 km/liter... you just have to keep gunning that engine.
 
Will the Jeep brand sink with Chrysler though?

I wonder if it will be Tata'd up.
 
Jeep is a Chrysler product so yes, it will go down. Perhaps someone will buy it out, maybe even Tata. They already own a few good brands.

What would be interesting is to see what brand gets sold and which are just dumped. In GM you will find that Opel will go back to the Germans, there are a few companies interested in the Opel brand but it could always just pull out of GM and become Adam Opel AG again.
