Not in the South African app store, no.

Nope - the regulators in our country require that all games that are sold here be submitted to the FPB (Film and Publicatiosn Board) to receive an age rating for the gaming - in order for the publisher to do this, they need to pay an R5000 fee, per game, to receive a rating. Because of this, apple removed the games section.

Oh that explains it but I wonder how PSP gets around it that cause you can download games from the PSN directly onto your PSP and some of those games cost like R45.oo I suppose thats why they are R45.00 and not R7.00?
