I dont think there is an official place in SA that do this for money yet. There are however free public/clan servers available from SAIX/IS and a few from M-Web.
What game exactly you want? Do you want this exclusively only for your clan or what exactly?
Do you want something that is cheaper than lets say a dedicated servers?
