Just bought the D3000 kit at joburg airport for R5499, excl the mem card. My first dslr

We expect full review.
Any particular reason why you decided against the orms special with the vr lens?

The kit includes the 18-55 vr lens and a nikon training voucher. I bought a 4gb mem card for R200. So total paid R5700. Yes, it did not include a bag, but i'll use my film camera's bag for now. Btw i also got a 2year warranty. EDIT Thanks for pointing me to this camera, Brawler. Now i just need a filter.
