antowan, you one brave person to have Fable on your list. The decription from my favourite rpg site -- www.rpgcodex.com (not for the fainthearted) was flavourfull at the very least. One thing to remember though that if you are a simms person you gonna love it. LOL

Nothing wrong with the rest of your list through my slightly opinionated eyes although DS2 which realy is better than DS1 could have been more interesting ... suppose will have to wait for Gothic 3 for that.

JoWooD announces the cancellation of development of Stargate-SG1: The Alliance, the TV tie-in that was slated for release this October (thanks Frans). The announcement states the work done to date by developer Perception Games "does satisfy neither our quality requirements nor the fans expectations," leading them to conclude "we now simply have lost confidence in their ability to finish this project in time and sufficient quality." The update leaves open the possibility that development on the project may continue elsewhere, and may end up with different target systems:
Following the termination JoWooD has asked for repayment of their investment in development and further expenses. According to our reading of the contract the rights to the title as well as the source code are transferred to JoWooD“. After delivery of the code and assets JoWooD will review the possibility of seeking out developers if it is economically viable to finish the title” reports Michael Paeck, Executive Producer for JoWooD Productions Software AG. “We are, however, not prepared to release anything but a top quality title. Fans of the show as well as gamers would not accept anything less. There are several options to consider, among them potentially moving to next-gen consoles for the title.”

Since you're a hardcore AoE fan, you should know that AoE3 is coming out on the 1st of November in USA so it will come out later here.

I'm appalled by your lack of knowledge :D
 
i hope LOTS of new games come out before 1st of november :D

I'm hoping that Quake 4 does the series justice and that it'll be playable across all forms of internet connections. It's about time something sparked the local competitive community.
 
I read a review a while back about some okes that played quake 4, apparently the speed of the game is a mix between quake 3 and quake 1.

Spore (they said the expected release is December, i wonder if they'll make it?)
 
seems like STALKER has been delayed till 2006... sad... but heck... there are way many other great titles in the list! :D
 
Already Pre-Ordered FEAR (Directors edition) and QUAKE 4.
Im registering rFACTOR this evening...
