Hi there,

I'm looking at spending around 20k on a good desktop. Can anyone recommend a reputable shop in Cape Town with good prices and service?

Thanks

Apologies if this is a repeat post but I don't normally frequent the hardware section of mybb.

Hi there.

I usually purchase all of my hardware at online stores and build the finished product. This usually works out more cost effective than buying a pre-assembled tower. You might want to try Sybaritic or Esquire if you know somebody who has an account there.

Do this, you get a way bigger bang for your buck! Contact the Esquire rep if you want an account with them, they open one up on request for myBB members! Else Wootware seem to be pretty good! They near CPT IIRC

I would recommend wootware.co.za - great prices and brilliant service!

Also check out http://computersonly.co.za/pro_gaming.aspx for some competitive pre-built pcs! Seriously - they are awesome :D

Wootware have great prices and get my vote. No hassle replacing a GPU that broke 7 months down the line under warranty - excellent service from them. Rebeltech have also been quality.
