Gaming keyboard that supports linux

[Y'all Qaeda]

So after having a Dota game where I had a mask of madness, an armlet of mordiggian, black king bar and something else that slips my mind.. I realized that having usable macros would've made the world of difference - not having to press 4 buttons before launching into a fight - I know I can shift click them, but that doesn't seems as convenient.

Can anyone recommend a gaming keyboard with Macros that will work on Linux?

I am not familiar with Dota, but Roccat seem to have some Linux support - or you could try experimenting with xdotool.
