I'm putting a gaming PC together for a colleague. (for Skyrim)

This is what I am looking at at the moment. What could I change to improve it and stay in the R7000 budget

(Prices from Rebeltech)

Gigabyte P61-USB3: R777.59
Intel Sandybridge lga1155 i3-2100 R1,105.48
Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 , 8GB R650.59
Inno3D GTX550 Ti, 2GB/2048mb 192bit DDR5 R1,298.09
Coolermaster RC-431P-KWN2 , Elite 431 Plus , R478.06
Gigabyte ODIN 585W R478.06
LITEON 24 Speed DVD R165.59
Seagate barracuda ST31000524AS , 1000gb R912.00
Samsung B2030 R1,072.34
Gigabyte KM5200 Wired Desktop Set R94.65
Total R7,032.44

Change that PSU asap, before everyone here on mybb tells you to ;)

Go for a Corsair something like this one:
Corsair CX500 , Eps12V , ATX 12V V2.3 - 500w ( 1
R621.83

You could change the HDD to a smaller one for now, pitty that it's such a bad time to buy HDD's and that you must pay so much for one. Although doing this won't make much sense seeing as you will only save around R200+- for a smaller size HDD.

Also since you are on such a tight budget you could consider getting cheaper Corsair ram, maybe 1333? or 2x2GB?

Corsair CMV8GX3M2A1333C9 , value select , 4Gb x 2
R458.89

Look for the 6870 instead of the 550ti. What's your native resolution?
Also look for a H67 board. Your getting a gpu and that cpu is locked so no reason to get a p67 board.

The B020 is 1600 x 900 apparently. The cheapest available 6870 is almost R1000 more expensive.
