Hi

I have gap cover with Sirago.
I want to know if the look at the date the claim was submitted or the date that the expense was incurred.

My policy has cover for specialist visits limited to 4 claims and a value per claims per year.
I am trying to work out if I went to a specialist in December 2022 but only submit the claim in 2023 will it come from 2022 benefits or 2023 benefits..
