Thanks guys for your willingness to assist.I have attached the motor pics as well.My friend is no longer willing to assist after I asked him Why didn't he buy a motor with battery backup like the gate motors. The motor manual is available. What I wanted is an assembling manual which would assist with identification of package components, then gives locations for different brackets and where to use different screws and lags.Installation of the vertical and horizontal tracks then the torsion spring and cables.I also wanted information as to the wall opening for the garage door in my case the doors are 5 mtrs long. How much overlap is standard.I once installed a Wispeco Series 245 Door by Durowin. The manual had everything from hardware, package contains, door opening required, installation of guide rails & support brackets, alignment of curtain into guide rails and finally door tensioning. So I just thought this was standard with most of South Afican products.I will still appreciate more assistance but I am getting somewhere now.

Dimensions on door opening lower down given on the website.

What is the make of the motor, sticker on motor is not the make of motor. Battery backup is an optional extra according to the website.

It might also help to email the company for installation manual or detail .

Name of manufacturer or supplier, give them a call or email, they'll sort you out, you could even find it online.

That look like a fun job. Hope you have the correct tools and a bit of garage knowhow. Those sliding doors basically work on the same principle. You can try using another makes manual.

Thanks guys for your assIstance. I really appreciate.I think with all the information I have gathered I am now confident I will successfully install my first automated garage door. The motor programming is not a problem because I have been installing and repairing gate motors for some time
