Garden sprinkler system calculator

Anyone with industry knowledge (or someone that want to do the math) to go about setting up a proper garden system?
My DIY system does not work as I don't have enough pressure/flow for the pop-ups to eject and spray within the grid set out.
Next step is to buy a bigger pump, but how big do I need to go?

6 x 5ft rainbird pop-up sprinklers
at max a 1/2 m incline to highest pop-up
total 20mm pipe length estimated at 30m (pump to last pop-up)
38L/min @ 8m Speroni pump does not cut it

Did you link the last sprinkler with the first sprinkler again i.e. circle? Just download either the Hunter or Rainbird install manuals from their sites, goes into detail with everything you need to know.

No I did not. Straight line with end stop after last sprinkler

If you connect it back to the first you will have equal pressure at each sprinkler, with your setup the first one will go the furtherest and the end of line will most probably don't come up. Next step would be to work out your liters per minute and from there looking at how much each sprinkler use at your water pressure, then you can work out how much sprinklers you can put per zone or on at the same time. Also you need to put your sprinklers so that the boundary of one sprinkler is another sprinkler because the sprinklers put out more water towards the end compared to the base, so the base will be covered with the sprinkler on the boundary.

Grid has been set out correctly, thanks.
Equal pressure on all as far as I can see with the eye on current pressure if I look at extrusion & spray.
When I manually hold two down, the other extrude completely and spray the grid.

I will do this over the weekend as my manifold have spare capacity.
Save me from buying a bigger pump I guess.
more zones also mean its easier to water a specific area more if needed.
