Gareth handles Cell C's products entering the marketplace and specifically their data products like their USB modem. Cell C currently only offer GPRS/EDGE to their data subscribers and have stated that they do not plan to upgrade to 3G and HSDPA soon due to financial constraints. Cell C would rather consolidate the voice market and when extra funds become available they will look into investing more money into data services.
