Garmin Nuvi maps

Where can I download maps of Ireland/Wales for a Garmin Nuvi. Know they've got a Garmin shop in Jhb, but I'm in Cape Town.

Can't you do it from your Desktop Software?

You should just somewhere be able to "Download New Maps" and select the Country. Put in your CC details, an invoice will be generated and you should see the map showing available under "My Orders" or something.
