Gas bottle just last 3 weeks

My 18kg lasts like 3 years. No jokes. 5 burner defy hob. I think it's black magic, bought the house with 2x 18kg and i only switched to the second one after 3 or 4 years.

I think you have issues with the gas mixture if your pots is black.
Gas flames that burns correctly should not make your pots dirty.
I think there is an issue with your jets.
Is your burners all the same size?
Make 100% sure you have fitted the correct jet on the correct sized burner.

That was with the old jets, with the new ones all is well.
Got home this afternoon and the burner was on high again.
