Hi gents,

I am thinking of getting myself a gas braaier. I saw one at Checkers for about R999. It looks pretty decent, and the price looks amazing.

It is a Bush Baby 3 burner. Two burners over the grid and one over a cast iron plate. What do you gents think? I plan to use it about 3-4 times a week on the patio.

I bought a Weber Q eons ago and we use it 2-3 times a week. Say what you will but its quick and effective.

i think the quick and effective is the biggest selling point

i dont have a balcony or space for one ..

i have no clue about those bush baby ones but i guess if it comes with a guarantee you would be fine

HEATHENS!

This Gas thing is not welcome!

I will always have my built in braai for making a fire and having a few drinks. But lately, I need to quickly make food for the women so the men can get back to the fire (or drinks).

Also, gas seems to make my jeans smell a lot less like yesterday's braai.

This is why the women have the kitchen ffs! :p

And I don't seem the problem with Eau de YesterdaysBraai.... its a very fashionable scent these days.

Do you think I should rather save up for a Weber Q, or take my chances with this BushBaby for R999?
