I had the same problem - network has been sick the whole day - techies trying to change something - my tower also changed form 22 to 66.

Been running a multithreaded d/l stable at 13.5KBs (that's Bytes with a capital B) since it came up again!! Sure would be nice if it stayed that way and if single-threaded d/l's worked the same. (128kbs package)
