I have a gateway laptop, but i am struggling to activate the blue tooth which is on the F6 button, any help on this issue please

ok so you have used the FN function in conjuction with F6?
Do you have the bluetooth drivers installed for the laptop?
And Operating System are you using on the laptop?

Yes everything is installed and should be working ,just there is no notification or program that opens when i use FN+F6, just a pitty for such a monster laptop, it uses vista Business

Nothing should open, the button is only used to Turn the Bluetooth on.
Go to the bluetooth controlpanel icon, and make sure the Laptop is discoverable.Try searching for the laptop from your phone then.
There should also be a LED light indicating whether bluetooth is enabled/disabled.
