Passengers kicked off in Midrand and told to wait for another train.

Strike?
Weather?
Electricity?
Maintenance?

Last week Thursday the 06:04 train broke down half way between Pretoria and Midrand. A tech finally got it going at snails pace and when we finally got to Midrand about 30-40 mins later, we were asked to change trains. Not something similar to that happening today?

I somehow get the feeling that the Gautrain and Eskom have the same approach to maintenance.

Yep...it seems the train was broken or something. A friend of mine said it took the train over 1hour30minutes to go from Hatfield to Rosebank. She says that there were constant announcements of technical errors...

That's going to be fun for the return trip this evening.
