Gautrain Prepaid expiring

Any one know what the outcome was, if any of the courtcases against Gautrain for expiring and stealing our money on prepaid purchases? I did some googling and could not find anything.

Have you got a link to any of the court cases you mention? I saw the thread that asked about this (more than a year ago) but there's nothing in there.

Don't think it was a court case.
It was the Consumer Protection commissioner giving them a notice to comply.
Not sure what the outcome was
