Hi,
I am awed by gconnect and the service they provide. However I'm a bit stumped on the answer in their FAQ "Can I use multiple accounts on the same ADSL line?" Everything seems strait forward until you actually try to connect. Then you get an error. The Username and password error that is. I'm quite sure I've set everything up correctly. Everything being my router and the PPPOE connection on my PC. Has anyone else tried this and been able to use multiple gconnect accounts from several PC's and if so how would one go about doing this.
What I'd like to actually do is have my router on half-bridge and set to my capped telkom account, then when I reach my cap I'd like to connect using the PPPOE connection from my PC and not fiddle with the router settings.
Anyone with theories or facts with answers?

This is also another option for some flexibility. It is possible to have multiple accounts with G-Connect and use them on the same ADSL Line. In other words everyone in the house can have their own account that can be managed independently (each his own top up).
Configure your ADSL Router in Bridge Mode.
Connect all your computers to your router using cables or Wi-Fi(If supported).
Create a PPPOE Account on every computer to connect to G-Connect DSL or install the G-Connect Connection Manager.
All the Computers can now connect and disconnect independently to the Internet.

This comes off the gconnect site. am i mis interpreting it?

I used to dial into my G Connect account. When you opened the browser it'd then launch the authentication page that you'd need to keep open while browsing. I can only assume your login details are incorrect.
