GConnect Usage Incorrect

So I have a saol.com uncapped account. But I have a gconnect account for games cause it give me 30ms to SAIX game server where saol.com gives me 90ms.

Now gconnect works with the session based login like a wifi hotspot.

My usage suddenly shows me using 439mb. Now I have a 384k line. I know for a fact that I did no use that bandwidth. When I logged a query they told me that the session started 6pm and ended past midnight.

Now I was in bed before 10pm and I use the connection manager from gconnect.

I know for a fact I disconnected it cause I dial pppoe connections from windows.

Now I have a theory about that usage. When I closed the connection manager and and disconnected from the pppoe connection my saol.com connection was still running. So i was connected to saol.com and gconnect at the same time.

Could it happened that gconnect billed me for usage that I actually used on my saol.com. Could gconnect mistakenly though that I was still connected to them cause remember its the session based login. I'm sure this is what happened cause they told me that the session timed out at midnight while i was sleeping and when i woke this morning I was not running gconnect at all.

Is its possible? Cause I know I did not do that usage. How do I prove this?

Just wanted to add. This morning Braam contacted me from GConnect. He saw my post here and has forwarded a query to their technical team for investigation. We spoke a long time and he insisted that if there to be a fault on their side they WILL refund me vouchers to load to my account.

GConnect has the best support I tell you that. Seems they are sorting me out fast fast. Thanks to Braam @ GConnect best service ever!
