Anyone got a copy of the first gears of war for pc.I would like to try it,prefer ppl in the cape town area.How is the game really,i dont need international reviews,I would like your personal views.

Very very very good. I own it on XBOX and it's one of the only game's I've played through multiple times in single-player. There's just something about it that gets you hooked...

Personally i wouldnt bother with it for comp.

I got it on XBox and i couldnt get enough of it... I played it on the comp and was bored.

The XBox control was like MADE for that game.
Its wierd and not as fun on the comp, controlling and everything else is just not as good.

I agree xbox it was great but porting to pc they messed up the feel of the game. not sure if they improved it since with a patch
