General DNS hasssles right now

is anyone experiencing DNS problems right now? We're having a lot of problems and i believe IS is having problems. Anyone know what is going on?

Im running ADSL through axxess. Had a problem opening up some sites about an hour ago. Seems to be fine now. (www.mtn.co.za was the last site i tried)
