Yep, it's email 101 where the first rule of email is never tie yourself to an email account controlled by an ISP.

Presumably it was down when you tried it, or was it a problem after logging in?

I have never used Telkom's webmail pothole (sic), however the "Version" field on that form has an "Advanced AJAX" option, and I was wondering if Telkom makes people script their own async XMLHttpRequest calls and responses (seeing as it is somehow "advanced")?
