General Telkom Complaint...

I'm recording all my calls and saving them on my pc. I'm patiently building up a nice little collection of their id10t-call centre agents, linked to whatever reference number, and all sms' I recieve.

Lol I keep on thinking of that sound clip a few years back:
"Julle het vir my k.a.k gemaak, nou gaan ek vir julle k.a.k maak"

"Ek gaan julle goed breek! Ek se jou! Julle het my skade gemaak en ek ook, ek gaan julle f**ken goed BREEK!"

I wonder actually what the hell Telkom are up to. They pushing their adsl sales, but don't have infrastructure to support it. Why advertise something that you cannot provide? It just makes them look even worse. I'm on two months now waiting for ports to magically "open up".

The other thing that really annoys me is they cannot give you even an estimated time frame, like is it going to be 6 months, 12 months, 12 years? I also just wish they would use the infrastructure they have instead of spending all their time on mobile plans, it seems they have just dropped everything to do with fixed line internet.

Wireless internet is a horrible horrible horrible thing and it just gets worse as soon as you start connecting more users. C'mon Telkom, leave your stupid mobile plans and get your fixed line network running properly!

They have spare ports in all the wrong places!!!!!!!!!!!
