Hi there!
I’m on Neotel since about two weeks now (apart from being very disappointed with the uplad speed, which makes VOIP almost impossible), I’m now battling with a awful Windows error for the “Generic Host Process for Win32 Services”, when connected via Neotel. It all occurred a couple of days ago when I first got disconnected with this error. The duration that I can remain online now varies. However, ones the Windows-Error occurs,
I get disconnected and can only get back online after rebooting my PC. Soooo annoying!!!!!!!!
The Neotel-Callcenter just relates that to their connectivity problems that their experiencing since a view days – (not knowing when things will back to “normal”). If you google the net, however, this seems to be a common Windows-XP Service Pack 2 Error (that’s the system I’m running on – German version). Updates (KB894391) and solution offered by Microsoft, yet, do not fix the problem!
A virus is also not to be found!
Anyone here who has experienced similar problems and could even offer a solution to the bug? Neotel callcenter-technicians unfortunately don’t seem to be able to answer any question out of the box…! Disappointing!!
Thanx for help and/or input!

PS. Just to write this thread I had to reboot my system twice!
