I saw that kit in some authorised Apple reseller store in Brooklyn over the weekend for R499. The shopkeeper and I shared a hearty laugh about the price and I swore at him under my breath as I walked out.

Cool accessory, but IMO not worth 500 bucks.

Bought an apple one 3 days back for r279 from istore at fourways mall.

Bought a generic in Bangkok and its piece of sh... very slow and disconnects all the time.

Buy the real thing.
