George W. Cape problems

Happens very frequently. I am on 4Mbps (paying for 10Mbps; Loerie Park exchange only supports 4Mbps), but since Saturday 18/09/14 I am only getting between 0 and 40 KB/s.
Often this occurs after 1:00 pm. Local ftp sites are fine , i.e. between 380 to 450 KB/s.
I am unable to do my work efficiently.
Totally depressed. Unbelievable that Telkom treats long term clients to this type of non-service.

since the weekend the internet has slowed to a crawl. was non existent until Monday then works during the day and by afternoon dead slow again. same thing today.reported many time s via twitter and cannot get any kind of help so far. im in southern suberbs tokai area but I do see many complaints on twitter from other areas experiencing same and4 of my friends having same problem. work from home and yet get no service from Telkom or even an explanation. this is just ridiculous

I have the same problem here in Heatherlands on my adsl line on Afrihost and Mweb.
